Issue with Comment Submission and Display on Tutorials

Description:
I encountered a bug while attempting to comment on tutorials. After entering a comment and submitting it, the comment text does not clear from the input field. Additionally, the submitted comment is not reflected below the tutorial, leading users to click the submit button multiple times.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the tutorial section.
2. Attempt to leave a comment on any tutorial.
3. Enter the comment and submit it.

Expected Behavior:

• The comment should be submitted and cleared from the input field.
• The submitted comment should appear immediately below the tutorial.

Actual Behavior:

• The comment text persists in the input field.
• The submitted comment is not visible, prompting users to click the submit button multiple times.
• On refreshing it shows same comments multiple times due to multiple clicks on submit button.
