Hi there. We're using Camera Ui on HOOBS for a while now. It work's fine for the bigger part.
There are two main reasons to look forward to v6. Those are support for Ring, but even more the integration of ONVIF. At the moment, we use the video analyzer inside Camera Ui for motion detection. That demands a lot performance from the Raspberry Pi and causes delays.
Since our Hikvision cameras work with ONVIF for native motion detection, it would be great to use that. ONVIF is listed for v6, but it looks like the project is on-hold for a longer time now. What's the expectation of the availability? We're thinking about switching to Scrypted but would like to stay on HOOBS and Camera Ui.
