WHL param is available in source code, but doesn't show in the monitor window. Is this a working/bindable wheel control?

Monitor window is a very old software that was probably written a time when vJoy did not have the additionnal axes (WHL, ACCEL, BRAKE, etc.)
Unfortunatly the source code is not present in vJoy repository, so there is no way to update it.
