ThreadTweak/Smooth Boot not needed Modernfix already fix it

ModernFix already has mixin.perf.thread_priorities, which does the same thing as ThreadTweak/Smooth Boot. Therefore, those mods can be removed because they are no longer needed if ModernFix is installed.

While ModernFix does set the thread priorities similar to ThreadTweak, it is not customizable. This is a decent advantage for ThreadTweak that seems to be quite popular for some, so I wouldn't say it's not needed

As ThreadTweak is my own mod though, I will leave this open for some other opinions 😆

I think this mod could be suggested on the mod's download page in the suggestion, such as chunky and no chat report. because not everyone uses this feature anyway.
