Just thinking out loud, from looking at SotM 2020, probably for the speaker we can ask prerecorded talk without video, but we can ask them to also put the subtitle in their slide. Although for the QnA we still need video streaming & infrastructure.

I think the OSMF is willing to let us use BigBlueButton, which was what we just used for the OSM Asia self-organised session here at SotM 2020.

Both works fine Jitsi and BigBlueButton ,let me know when to setup or looking at the issue title do you already have some alternatives planned ?

Spatial.Chat will implement new functions and price. Now we are testing for conference and poster session.
