Select/Show spack version on packages.spack.io #18

We want to link to the list of packages in the Spack version 0.21.0 in our user documentation. Is there a version of packages.spack.io that shows the packages from the 0.21.0 version?

On my fork, I've made tags that cover the most recent spack releases. It would be nice if these could be added at least.

Additionally, if a spack maintainer sees this, I'd be interested in helping to maintain this project. Shoot me an email at gavinnjohn@gmail.com
