I'm considering purchasing several minis for my art/maker project and have been working with the SPRK using the master branch. Will the SDK support controlling the Minis? If so, should I be using the beta branch?

I asked Sphero support and they said the current code will not work for mini Spheros and that they have
no release date for any fix or update. It is also true that there is no support or updates that give programmers access to the new Star War bots or the racing car. At least for the mini Spheros it should be a simple matter of the connection code being updated so they can be recognized and communicated with. The mini Sphrero app does not recognize any other Sphero, too. Maybe if many of us email and let them know we are very interested, then they may devote the resources to add mini Sphero support.
