As a registered user I want to be able to optionally set an attribute during the creation of a new Go link that defines the number of times that the Go link can be utilized (1-infinity). When a Go redirection is processed there should be a validation check that ensures that there is still available uses for this link and the redirection will only be processed if the link has not self destructed. The last redirection handled should additionally trigger the destruction.
