Presidency Game License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Steven LaGoy ("Licensor") for the use of Presidency Game ("Game").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.

1. License Grant:
   Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute or sublicense the Game in any form.

2. Restrictions:
   You may not:
   - Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Game.
   - Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
   - Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Game.
   - Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates the rights of others.

3. Ownership:
   Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights therein. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Game to you.

4. Termination:
   This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.

5. Limited Warranty:
   The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability:
   In no event shall Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law:
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

8. Entire Agreement:
   This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.

By installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
