New administration page functions??

I would like to see the possibility that some option can be added in the configuration section on the administration page, to be able to change the following server values:

.Change the time for the exploit to start.
.Change the time for exfathax to activate (I have tried every way, but it doesn't work).
.Change the time it takes to inject the payload.
