Describe the solution you'd like

Angular 18 was released yesterday. As per peer dependency ranges, Storybook doesn't support Angular 18 yet. When trying to update a project with Storybook to Angular 18, peer dependency errors are thrown. Are there plans to add support?

Additional context

I just updated an existing mid-sized Storybook project to Angular 18 (with --force to ignore the peer dependency errors), everything seems to work. Maybe it will be not so hard to add Angular 18 support.

With v8.1.3 the peer dependency ranges were updated via #27237.
