Support Bun as a package manager

Today I use Bun to install packages in the repo. I still use Node.JS to run a Storybook.

Every time I get to start storybook I get the following error:

Describe the solution you'd like

Support Bun as a package manager. I know the support for Bun as an engine is tracked in #23279. but not as a package manager.

Describe alternatives you've considered

For now it keeps working with this warning.
