A toggle to disable multipart (simultaneous multiple parts download of same file) which is on by default currently. This helps in some websites that restrict parallel downloads or only support browser downloads. Also some government websites files does not work properly because of this when downloading files, it allows single part download using web browser but not any download accelerator.
