I would say soonish™. Keep an eye on the 5.0 milestone to see how many known issues still need to be fixed. |

I would say soonish™.
Rate of new bugs is slowing down and work on final docs has also been started as far as I know.
But still, "it's done when it's done".
Keep an eye on the 5.0 milestone to see how many known issues still need to be fixed.
