Experimental Macros and Call/cc in 0.4.0

The 0.4.0 tag allows for the creation of macros and implements call/cc. It is all very experimental of course and I am not entirely sure the implementation of these concepts make sense. https://github.com/svenssonjoel/lispBM/releases/tag/0.4.0

A macro is created with the macro command. For example:

                     `(define ,name (lambda ,args ,body))))

And below is a small example of call/cc (which is called call-cc in the language):
