Custom conversion question

Can someone point me out directions on how to use the Custom Conversion?

I guess we're missing something like, a documentation on how to convert/save directly on lossless .m4a/alac or .flac, or maybe some presets.

did some searches and didn't found the right preset or codec specs to input on the custom conversion to have the desired lossless output file.

PS: I know that, if the source isn't that good, you woundn't get a real lossless file. But the take here is to convert and have a standartization on audio only files, for purposes that goes beyond this post.
