More documentation on installation and setup might be helpful

It might useful if there was something that had current instructions with a lot of screenshots for

• the recommended ways to install GHC on Windows / Mac / Linux
• how to download or checkout the repository
• how to check that things are working (run ghci in the repository, and see "OK 26 modules")

Then it would be possible to send a link to this document to course participants, so that they could have a better idea of what they should do to prepare.

At a stretch, we could also include similar instructions for setting up a variety of editors. Using spaces instead of tabs would be the first thing to cover, we could cover more helpful things after that.
