Dataset not available any longer?

If I am not mistaken, the dogs-vs-cats dataset cannot be downloaded any longer? The button "late submission" is greyed out, not allowing to accept the rules & download the dataset.
I looked around but seems that there is no 2nd place to obtain the dataset?

I definitely can download other datasets from Kaggle with my account so that is not the issue.
