Remove a mis-spelt tag

I mis-spelt and add a tag, how do I remove it?

1. On a side note, I don't think this tag is stored in snappy correct? I'm frankly quite amazed at how powerful dovecot is and would love to find out more how these tags can be used.
2. Can sieve add these tags too?
3. How about from dovecot-lda/deliver? (I use getmail to feed mails into dovecot)
