BITRATE_DIFF_STILL_EQUAL_kbs
VIDEO_DURATION_STILL_EQUALS_MS
FILE_SIZE_BYTES_DIFF_STILL_EQUALS
It would be best to let the user choose what values they'd like to set instead of setting 5kb/s or 1s etc...
