In order to find the proper replacement, we need to understand what these three services actually do and why a web site might need them. This is the wiki reference page. FYI, the Google service attribution is made with this set of rules https://github.com/vecna/invi.sible.link/blob/master/lib/google.js

They are:

Google Loader
Google Webmaster Tool
Google Tag manager
