I have tried to upload kegg annotations using tripal_analysis_kegg 7.x_3.x branch on my tripal3 server. And there are two main questions:
How could I seperate multi KEGG IDs matched to one gene? I have tried to upload one-gene-one-keggID records but only the last kegg ID was saved. Should I put all KeggIDs belonging to one gene into one cell, and seperated them with "," or ";" or " " or something else?
After loading the Kegg annotation, the kegg IDs were correctly displayed in the related gene page. However, the KEGG annotation info was not searchable in '/find/genes' chardo search function:
And when checking in the database, it seems that the gene_id failed to link to the relative kegg analysis.
Do you have any suggestion on how could I make KEGG annotations searchable via gene search?
Thank you,
Best wishes,
Songtao Gui
