kegg obo problems #9

the OBO as written produces an incomplete and curious CV tree.

The root terms, Module, Enzyme ko00000, and ko00001 each have a single child term.
00010 Glycolysis / Gluconeogenesis [PATH:ko00010] wont expand (103 terms... its possible the browser cant handle expanding this many children?)
Module and Enzyme's children terms dont go anywhere.

I'm working through the OBO file we generated to try and see what the issue is...

hey self, how does this look now on a fresh install? I think its fixed but i want to re-load 1x before i close.
