SFTR said that SFMTA is trying to figure out a list of Muni "hotspots": the trip segments (adjacent stop pairs) that are the slowest:

We could let users see the best/worst segments on a given route by adding a tab here that has a table with all segments; let the user sort the routes so they can see the fastest/slowest.
