Ground Motion Models

Ground motion models (GMMs) forecast the range of ground motions that might occur conditioned on the occurrence of various earthquakes. Internally, every earthquake in a Forecast
is parameterized as a GMM_Source
, for which ground motions can be calculated. The javadocs (TODO link) provide the relevant implementation details.
One convenient way to access the models outside this platform is via Matlab. A sample script contains all the necessary instruction to get started.
Like source models, the corresponding ground motion models are described in a simple gmm.xml
