Bail tests after failed (option / config)

Hey everyone,
Is there an option to bail a test suite after a failed test?

I have suites that build up users and so on over several tests, whenever they fail I get a ton of failed tests. Would be handy to be able to bail the suite o a single test failure.

A parent/child test relationship would also work in this case.
