Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I believe this is official content, and it's something I personally use in my game. https://missmaxoid.livejournal.com/1376.html It is The Urbz, purchasable from it's included game rack on community lots for playing on your Sim's computers or game consoles.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add this content to the starter pack, at your discretion. The second download on the page, the bundled version, goes in (The Sims 2 Starter Pack directory)\Double Deluxe\Base\TSData\Res\Catalog\Bins and works without issue.
