Yes, I confirmed that this only happens in Warp, not other terminals.
Try to manually change the warp repository URL configured in your /etc/pacman.conf to the latest URL and try updating again
try this url:
[warpdotdev]
Server = https://releases.warp.dev/linux/pacman/$repo/$arch
