wezterm.stftime or os.date() shows weekday not from locale

Hi all,

As you can see on top right, the weekday is not in format de_DE (Mi) rather en_US (Wed). Also you can see the locale setting. Is this anknown issue?

I think, I've found the problem:

Chrono now also provides date formatting in almost any language without the help of an additional C library. This functionality is under the feature unstable-locales:

chrono { version = "0.4", features = ["unstable-locales"]

In wezterm/Cargo.toml I've found:

Line 10: chrono = {version="0.4", default-features=false}

Make this sense?
