FYI for anyone interested in Apple M1/M2 Apple Silicon builds, there is are open GitHub issue you can star/watch.

As soon as the feature is available I'll update the actions.
FWIW it is possible to set up a self-hosted M1 runner - while it's not something I can do w/o consulting, feel free to post Q&A on the discussion forum if you are trying to get this working.
