Trouble Loading Template?

Hello there. I am currently working on my dissertation for my PhD in Educational Psychology at KU. I am having troubles getting the template to load. I have followed the instructions, and downloaded all related libraries, and just cannot get it to show up in my list of templates. Could someone please help me understand what I am doing wrong?

I'm not able to reproduce this error. My process:

1. Open RStudio
2. Install jayhawkdown with:

remotes::install_github("wjakethompson/jayhawkdown")

3. Completely quit and then re-open RStudio.
4. Select File > New Project... > New Directory
5. Scroll down through the options, and you should see a "University of Kansas Thesis using jayhawkdown"
