How to cite xskillscore

Hello again! The GeoCAT team has decided to move forward with including xskillscore as a dependency in our computational pacakage, geocat-comp. Our user base wants functionality like what your package provides, but we'd like to provide it to them through geocat-comp. The intent is that we simply wrap many of your functions with potentially some changes to argument names (to be consistent with our package). How would you like us to cite your work when we include it this way?

P.S. We also plan on linking to your documentation in our documentation with a list of any additions we made when wrapping your functions. This way we can keep documentation up to date with your changes!

I did see the zenodo DOI in your citation file. I'll use that for sure!

What level of visibility would you like for the citations? We usually add dependencies to our dependency list and link our documentation to external docs from time to time. If you want more visibility, I'm also happy to add the DOI and a link to your GItHub/documentation to the docs for each geocat function that wraps your work.
