Improve Chapter Edit Feature

@yermak Can the Chapter edit feature be enhanced with the following:
For the 'starts with" selection, Can a new choice with a text field be added? So if I want all (apply to all chapters) to start with "part" I can type it in and then select chapter number.
Secondly, can the number of leading zeros on chapter number be customized without affecting visibility of higher numbers? I'd prefer Chapter 1 over Chapter 001 as a default.
Lastly, and this one might be tricky: Frequently, the first part of an audiobook is an introduction, followed by a dedication, followed by chapter 1. I'd like the ability to title the first chapter : Introduction, the second: Dedication (these are already doable), then start the numbering of chapters at 1 and apply for all subsequent chapters.
