Title: Competing Risks Interval-Censored Sequence Kernel Association Test

Description: Implements the crSKAT method, which stands for Interval-Censored Sequence Kernel Association Test with competing risks outcomes. Additionally, it handles the interval-censored Burden test considering competing risks. Interval-censored time-to-event data is characterized by events whose exact timings are ambiguous but are constrained within a known interval. Competing risks arise in survival analysis when an individual is at risk of more than one mutually exclusive event, and the occurrence of one event hinders the observation of the other. For a detailed quickstart guide, please refer to the crSKAT GitHub repository.
