Document that the consumer stream fails when exception occurs in user code #1258

When handling a message in user-code fails, the stream originating from plainStream or partitionedStream will fail, causing the entire subscription stream to fail. This may not be obvious, users could perhaps expect the stream to continue with the next message or other partition streams to continue.

We could document this more explicit somewhere.
