In this repository is reported the code to run the prioritisation and produce the figures of the study "Priority areas to protect mangroves and maximise ecosystem benefits".
The code should be run sequentially. To ensure that the code runs smoothly, please make sure that the following directories (and their sub-directories) have been made: i) Figures/, and ii) Figures/gurobi.

Data to run most of the code starting from 02_Prioritisation.R are provided as RDS. To run part of 07_Plot_ValueLayers.R two RDS (WDPA_123_clean.rds and WDPA_FJI.rds) need to be produced from 01b_ProtectedAreas.R
