Added the capability to act on ALL the resources in the subscription and the capability to save the status of the resources in a CSV file

The latest version of the script allows to act also on ALL the resources of the specified subscription and to export the status of these resources in a CSV file (see flowchar).
Please note that, for clarity, I have renamed the action "Delete" in "Revert". I have also renamed some variables for readability of the code.
