The project was founded in 2021 and quickly gained traction, attracting a number of clients who were interested in using chatbots to improve their online customer service. However, despite the initial success of the startup, it ultimately had to close its doors in August 2022 due to the lack of demand for chatbots on the Montenegrin market.
