This is a copy of my Configuration.h file and a bash script I use to build Marlin and flash it to the Arduino Mega. This will run on any machine with the Arduino dev environment but I happen to run it from The Raspberry Pi that I use for running OctoPrint. It is always hooked to the Mega so it is easy to use the Pi as my dev platform.
