v1.1.1 multi OS stable

fix: add '/' to path only if needed

v1.1.0 support multi OS

Now support multiple OS: Linux, Windows, MacOS.

fix DLLTools library path for different OS.

First Release v1

The game is stable and offers both 1v1 in local and multiplayer (requires additional server).

Only Goku and Vegeta are available in v1

Next Features:

• new characters
• combo emotes & icons in real-time
• listing of available multiplayer servers without IP input

Improvement to be done :

• collision issues around edges
• overall gameplay fluidity
