Do not deploy if you have less than 3hrs to keep an eye on the effects of the deployment. (Even for small deployments!)
Add Env variables on Azure (and save!) or on pipeline or on .env files.
Test cookies. Where did any cookies change?
Think about CORS
Take care of redirects older URLs, if any URLs have changed
Test incognito e non.
Test extension + web
Plan B: Be prepare for Roll out
