CF_Helper(JS Project)

1. Shows CodeForces Contests division vise.(div3,div2,div1,educational rounds,global rounds,other rounds, upcoming contests)
2. Enter two CodeForces user handles, say user1 and user2. Compare what problems are submitted successfully by user2("accepted" verdict) and not by user1 and show list.
