Starting Fresh

Our Hackweek repository was a mess, so we cleaned it up to start anew. This release is likely missing some of the old functions but we will be able to add them back in as necessary.

Hackweek - A mess of Jupyter notebooks

This release is meant to flag the state of the repository after the ICESat-2 Hackweek where this work began. Many of the contributors had their own notebooks within personal directories during this event. It turned into a bit of a mess. Going forward, we want to clean up the repository and build out a few scripts with the useful functions.
