CompatHelper: bump compat for Zygote in [weakdeps] to 0.7 for package DifferentiationInterface, (keep existing compat)

This pull request changes the compat entry for the Zygote package from 0.6.69 to 0.6.69, 0.7 for package DifferentiationInterface.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
