This commit adds a new page for shapes examples along with 8 images (added to the EN assets folder) and a modification to mkdocs.yml to update navigation menu

This PR creates a new Shapes example page that contains the recently drafted Shapes Data Guidance.
The Spanish translation of the content is included in this PR. Translations in FR and JA will follow in a different PR.
