NETINT Docker Files

NETINT supports both FFMPEG and GStreamer within a Docker container.

These Dockerfile are a designed for a testing enviorment and the customer should determine if the containers will work for them in the production environment.

NETINT provides docker files that can be used with:

1. NETINT SDK Release Package.
2. Use with NETINT Public Github repo.
