fix: Fix files' names for Software_Supply_Chain_Security.md and Webhook_Security_Guidelines_CheatSheet.md #1503

Renaming the following files to match expected filenames pattern for use in website:

  • Software_Supply_Chain_Security.md
  • Webhook_Security_Guidelines_CheatSheet.md
