Fruit quality can also be exmined by its colour.Generally colour transaition from green to yellow and then turning towards black indicate about its condition. So assuming the green as unrippen,yellow as rippen and black as rippen condition of fruits ,here opencv modules has been implemented through colour percenatge of the fruit. For analysis here some google image ahve been used for our purpose.
