Completed vision rewrite for 2025.

Includes Advantage Kit data logging and replay, as well as simulation and real robot usage.

Sim and Real robots have yet to be tested, and vision requires a swerve drive to confirm it is working. This will be merged into the swerve branch once both are ready.

All major methods and calculations have comments and JavaDoc hover documentation because I got bored, and it's useful for later.
