PSA for Ruby on Rails users: the Ubuntu 24.04 image does not come with SQLite included, so if you have runner actions trying to bundle install sqlite, they will fail without also purposefully installing sqlite as an additional step.

(not sure where this might get the best visibility, so feel free to advertise wherever you see fit)

This pull request includes a small update to the README.md file, specifically correcting the YAML labels for Ubuntu images.

• Updated the YAML labels to correctly reflect ubuntu-latest for Ubuntu 24.04 and ubuntu-22.04 for Ubuntu 22.04.
